¡Welcome 2018!
We return to normal, we just have to wait anxiously to their Majesties the Magi that will fill the houses with enthusiasm and joy in equal parts. We leave behind a few days of excess due to the many Christmas dinners and meals, physical exercise nonexistent in our lives, eternal nights enjoying family and friends, resting little, abusing chocolate, nougat and shortbread.
Many couples wanted to take the grapes and to toast for the new year, a very special year for them since in a few months they will celebrate their wedding. There are still many things to organize but we must also get ready, in the first place, to return to the weight we left behind, just before Christmas began, for this and to be perfect on the day of the wedding, we are going to give you some healthy tips below.
Incorporate physical exercise into your daily routine. It does not have to be something very intense, nor do you do it daily, two or three times a week will be enough, but be constant.
Avoid everything that you have abused these days, eliminates from your diet foods such as industrial bakery, flour, sugar, alcohol and processed foods. Consume a lot of vegetables, fruit and drink water daily, if you’re tired of always preparing the same dishes, get inspired and look for new simple recipes and you’ll see how they motivate you. Purify your body taking between hours natural juices of fruits and vegetables made by yourself. Feeding influences the skin a lot, join healthy life and prepare your skin for the big day, a few months before, get a deep cleansing and a good exfoliation, every night clean your face well with trusted products, so you will get a skin pretty and radiant.
Physical exercise and good nutrition are the fundamental basis of well-being, do not resort to miracle diets and if you think you need to lose weight, turn to a professional who can guide you.
Happy beggining of the year
