Sara´S Dreamt Wedding Dress

I introduce you to Sara Bernal, a bride who looked radiant at her wedding with a fantastic gown from Higar Novias.

This is Sara´s story…

“We set the wedding date nineteen months in advance; it may seem a long time, but the time went by so fast with so many things to do.

I had already made up my mind that I would buy my wedding dress at Higar Novias. And the choice was very quick. Since I was little I imagined myself with a princess type wedding gown. When I was in the fitting room, I was assisted by Loli Diaz. She was really nice y I would like to thank her help from here. She asked about the idea I had in my mind and she started to bring me out dresses. I tried on the first one but didn´t like it. Loli said to me not to be worried about it and she started bringing different styles and I kept trying on.

Then, she showed me a Manu García dress Haute Couture Collection 2016, and I suddenly fell in love with it. I had made up my mind that I wanted embroidery at the back, just the same embroidery as a wedding dress from Valerio Luna Collection 2015.

With Higar Novias is very easy if you want to change or do modifications to your dress. They make to measure. In the end, my dress was a combination of three different dresses.

My advice for all the brides who are reading my story is, not to get overwhelmed when they get into the fitting room and they start trying on dresses they were looking forward to try in advance and they eventually get unconvinced. Higar Novias´ staff helps you to find other options and they keep showing you dresses until you find the one.

A lot of guests congratulated us for our gowns. I, my husband and some members of our family bought their gowns at Higar Novias.

I have also bought the accessories here. All of us were very much satisfied and we showed our best looks.

The wedding was celebrated the 12th of September of 2015 at midday in a parish called Purisima Concepcion, in Fuente Palmera, Cordoba.

The most touching and special moment was when I walked the aisle with my dad. In that same parish, my husband and I have been baptized and celebrated our First Communion. And now we are tiding the knot here, the YES, I DO. We brought a special Spanish choir that made my walk so exceptional.”
