The honeymoon trip – an essential issue for the bride and the groom.

One of the unforgettable experiences for a wedding couple is their Honeymoon. It is a very romantic trip, prepared with maximum eagerness. Although these days we have to stay at home, we can keep on dreaming and planning our future honeymoon.

Our colleague Susana, from Viajes Higar, recommends two destinations that are in great demand today. We have to think that this situation will pass, we’ll all be able to travel again and continue with our future projects.

Visiting the United States is a very fashionable experience for your honeymoon.

Discover the East Coast

Circuit that includes the city of Philadelphia, where you will discover the old Victorian neighborhood, Benjamin Franklin Boulevard with a stop in front of the Art Museum, and the Liberty Bell. The next stop is Washington, the North American capital where the White House awaits you (from outside); Pennsylvania Avenue and the Capitol, in addition to the graves of the Kennedy brothers or the monuments tin memory of Presidents Lincoln and Jefferson.

The circuit continues to Niagara, a route that runs through the states of Pennsylvania and New York through the Appalachian Mountains. You will hallucinate with a visit to the spectacular Niagara Falls, the border between the United States and Canada. It is one of those places, that the cinema has elevated to emblematic.

The next stop is Boston, known as the “city of neighborhoods”. It is one of the largest cities in the United States. There is Harvard University, which you will visit, as well as Copley Square, the Church of the Trinity, the Back Bay neighborhood, the Quincy Market and other points of interest.

Finally, the departure to New York. Along the way, you’ll make a stop in Newport to see this charming city known as the sailing capital of the United States. This circuit can be extended with a visit to the city of skyscrapers, New York.

First stop is in Los Angeles, to discover its most interesting areas: Downtown, the Financial District, Dorothy Chandler Pavillion – where the Oscars ceremony takes place, Sunset Bulevard, Hollywood, Avenue of the Stars, the Chinese Theater and the select residential and commercial areas of Beverly Hills.

Be amazed by the deep gorges and spectacular natural formations of the Grand Canyon of Colorado. It is one of the wonders of this trip, as well as crossing the Mojave desert and Arizona on the mythical route 66. A true paradise for lovers of nature and photography.

You will follow the route to the next stop, Las Vegas. A fantasy city for lovers of gaming and luxury. You will enjoy a night excursion to the city, stopping at the famous Welcome to Las Vegas sign, also touring the Strip from South to North, and many of its attractions like Fremont Street, the old part of the city, and finishing at the most famous hotel in Las Vegas, Caesars Palace.

Another place to enjoy is Yosemite National Park, where you will have the opportunity to appreciate nature in its pure splendor. The circuit continues to San Francisco through the San Joaquin Valley.
