Cristina Martínez was delighted to share with us her Big Day and to show us her wedding dress. More and more brides trust Higar Novias for helping them in one of the most important days in their lives. Therefore we are proud of being part of it and also for making them enjoy with their selection.
Cristina has very clear in her mind that she would visit Higar Novias shop. One afternoon, she came to Fuente Palmera in Cordoba and in not even two hours she found her wishing dress. It was not the dress that people who know her would say she would chose, so it meant she gave everybody such a big surprise, that 28th of May of 2016. The chosen dress was an elegant and naïve gown with some embellishments that fitted her like a glove.
Just some things about Cristina…
“The wedding bouquet was made of rose and white peonies; I saw the combination in a wedding and I just knew that it would be the one I would carry in my big day.
Since I was little I danced flamenco, but I hadn´t done it since I was 13. It was my desire to surprise all my family and guests, so I started training again. In my wedding I put on a flamenco dress and started dancing. Everybody was astonished! It was a really special moment.
I also bought a flower crown at Higar Novias; I wanted to wear it at our first dance. But someone had kept it into the booth. The guests had to wait for some minutes until somebody went for it and I wore it. I really did not want to appear without it; I saw it in a catwalk in Palma del Rio, in Cordoba and it was love at first sight!
